Terms of Service

These Terms apply to Bhabhi Thulla, also known as Getaway (the “App”), a multiplayer card game by SHFQ Studio. By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.

1. Who we are

Bhabhi Thulla is developed and published by SHFQ Technologies Pvt Ltd, the company behind SHFQ Studio (“we”, “us”). We are the trader responsible for the App under applicable consumer protection laws. Our trader details, including our address, are shown on the App’s Google Play listing. You can contact us at any time at [email protected].

2. Your licence to use the App

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, in line with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the App, except where the law expressly allows it.

3. Google Play

The App is distributed through Google Play. Downloading the App, and any payment you make through Google Play, is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App.

4. Entertainment only

Bhabhi Thulla is a card game played for fun. It is not a gambling service: you cannot wager money, or win money or prizes of monetary value, through the App. Any in-game currency, points or items have no value outside the App and cannot be exchanged for real money.

5. Purchases

If the App offers purchases, for example to remove ads or unlock content, the price is shown before you buy and payment is processed by Google Play. Unless stated otherwise at the point of sale, purchases are licensed for use in the App only, are not transferable and have no cash value. Refund requests are handled under Google Play’s refund policies. This does not affect your statutory rights (see section 11).

6. Fair play

To keep the game fair and enjoyable for everyone, you agree not to:

• use cheats, bots, automation, modified versions of the App or exploits, or interfere with the App’s normal operation;
• collude with other players or deliberately manipulate the outcome of a game;
• harass, threaten or abuse other players, or use offensive names or content wherever the App lets you communicate or personalise;
• impersonate anyone, or use the App for anything unlawful.

We may restrict or suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules.

7. Availability and updates

Where the App offers online or multiplayer features, they depend on an internet connection and on services we or our providers operate. We work to keep the App running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. We may update or change the App to fix issues, improve gameplay or comply with the law. Where a change materially affects something you have paid for, we will act in line with applicable consumer law.

8. Advertising and third-party services

If the App shows advertising or links to services we don’t operate, those are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party products, services or websites.

9. Privacy

The data the App handles, and why, is described in the Data safety section of its Google Play listing and in our Privacy Policy. For any question about your data, contact [email protected].

10. Young players

If you are under the age of majority where you live, please use the App only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

11. Your consumer rights

If you are a consumer, you have rights under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live, and nothing in these Terms limits them. In particular, if you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom:

• digital content we supply must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality;
• if digital content is faulty, you may be entitled to have it repaired or replaced, or to a price reduction or refund;
• where you ask for digital content to be supplied immediately and expressly agree to this when buying, your 14-day right to cancel ends once supply begins, as the law permits.

12. Intellectual property

The App, including its software, artwork, design and text, and the SHFQ Studio name and logo, are owned by SHFQ Technologies Pvt Ltd or its licensors and are protected by law. Bhabhi (also known as Getaway or Thulla) is a traditional card game; we don’t claim ownership of its traditional rules, only of our own version of the game.

13. Our liability

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for events outside our reasonable control, or for business losses, as the App is for personal use. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory consumer rights.

14. Ending these Terms

You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as intellectual property and liability, continue after these Terms end.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms, for example to reflect changes to the App or to the law. We’ll publish the updated Terms on this page with a new date and, where a change is significant, give you reasonable notice through the App or its Google Play listing where possible. The updated Terms apply once they take effect.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where SHFQ Technologies Pvt Ltd is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.
